LJ Signs has the latest technology printers which can print on all the media we offer including acrylic, aluminium, banner, corrugated plastic, fabric, PVC, magnetic, vinyl and wood.
It’s important to use a font that is legible and reflects your brand. Fonts can be difficult to read so ensure they are visible, readable, noticeable and importantly legible. Choose wisely as some fonts can be difficult to read, especially at a distance. Fonts are grouped by Serif, San Serif, Script and Specialty.
All images are copyright by their owner, if you have their written authorisation or release from copyright, then yes you can. If not, then the images cannot be used for your signage. It is strongly recommended to have the copyright authority complete when providing images for your next signage project.
The expected useful life of a sign depends on whether you place the sign indoor or outdoor. LJ Signs products can be used for short-term applications and/or long-term projects. Whether your sign needs to withstand the outdoor elements or indoor conditions, our designers will work with you to determine the best solution for your needs.

LJ Signs quotations are calculated on the most appropriate, highest quality media using our advanced technology printers. This coupled with our signage professionals including our graphic designers and installers to deliver a long-lasting product the client is proud of.
However, we also understand that at times a client may need short term signage, as a result LJ Signs will work with the client to provide a ‘limited life’ product that is the cost-effective option.
When comparing quotes, make time to investigate how equivalent they really are.
This can be dependent on the product used; however, signs generally will need to be cleaned over time, especially outdoor signage. Our team can make specific recommendations for maintenance based on your sign. It is important to avoid damage from harsh cleaners. Generally, only use a soap and water mixture and avoid any cleaning product that contains ammonia.
Products
Corflute is a generic term for fluted plastic. It is the industry name given to corrugated polypropylene, a fluted plastic which is lightweight yet rigid. The plastic is extruded to give it the large rectangular flutes all the way through it, and it has medium outdoor longevity.
PVC can be installed is great for long-term indoor or short-term outdoor use. PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) Plastic, is a perfect substrate to display a professional, high-quality image. Medium-weight and durable,
LJ Signs has a variety of PVC plastic colours available with a matt finish to reduce glare and hides fingerprints. PVC Plastic has many applications such as Point-of-Sale displays, Menu boards, Directional and informational signage, Name plates, Name Tags, and Tradeshow signage as an example. PVC Plastic can also be cut into shapes, refer to our Lettering, Numbering and Shapes Solutions for customised applications.

Generally, not for long term use, PVC panel is best suitable for indoor use.
ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) is ideal for long term retail signage, construction signage, commercial signage, fence signage, wall signage, home business, and much more. This product is perfect for large exterior building signage or smaller directional/safety signage. LJ Signs ACP signage is of high-quality with digital print directly onto the ACP, this is excellent for long term industry and workplace signs.
